A faint smirk curved Lin Fan’s lips.
“Interesting… so you’ve set your sights on me now?”
A deep, crimson glow surged in Lin Fan’s eyes as his body released an overwhelming killing intent, locking tightly onto the Titan Giant Ape.
The Titan Giant Ape instantly shivered. A terrifyingly familiar aura clung to its massive body, sending a chill through its soul.
“ROAR!!!”
It let out a deafening roar at Lin Fan. Having just torn Elder Three apart with its bare hands, the Titan Giant Ape was now more inflated with power than ever. Its strength had clearly reached new heights.
Even top-tier human Soul Masters would flee at the mere sight of it. So what were these two nobodies in its eyes?
Lin Fan sneered coldly.
“Seems like you only recognize death when it’s staring you in the face.
Forgot about me, didn’t you?”
He had originally hesitated to reveal himself too early, worried the Titan Giant Ape might run in fear.
But clearly, the ape had completely forgotten about him.
To be fair, Lin Fan couldn’t really blame it. After all, it had just gone toe-to-toe with two enemies and even killed a Title Douluo. Who wouldn’t get cocky?
The Titan Giant Ape frowned slightly at Lin Fan’s words but still couldn’t recall who this person was.
Also not its fault—Lin Fan’s appearance and aura evolved each time he underwent Zerg-enhancement.
Now, he radiated the awe-inspiring, supreme aura of a true Zerg Overlord—powerful, mysterious, and commanding.
Lin Fan said no more. The crimson light in his eyes solidified into two tangible beams of energy, dancing as they locked onto the Titan Giant Ape’s form.
HUMMM—!
Seven soul rings suddenly rose behind him.
Red, red, red, red, red, red, red!
The Titan Giant Ape’s pupils contracted violently.
Suddenly, a torrent of old memories flooded its mind—
Xiao Wu.
That strange human.
The Star Dou Great Forest…
“It’s you!”
The Titan Giant Ape stared at Lin Fan, falling into stunned silence.
Seeing that the ape had finally remembered him, Lin Fan offered a small, amused smile.
“What’s wrong? Finally starting to recognize me?”
The Titan Giant Ape didn’t answer. Its massive bronze eyes flickered with emotions—fury and hatred igniting within.
A moment later, it spoke in a low, gravelly voice:
“Where is Sister Xiao Wu…?”
Lin Fan casually brushed off his clothes and grinned darkly.
“Xiao Wu? Oh, she’s doing just fine. Living quite the comfortable life these days.
After all, she’s now our Zerg's Blade Queen.
Far better than being a beast with no future.”
“Honestly, becoming human was the smartest choice she ever made.”
BOOM!
A shockwave of rage exploded from the Titan Giant Ape’s body!
Its hateful gaze locked tightly onto Lin Fan.
Lava-like armor rapidly surged across its body once more, encasing it in heavy, dark brown plating. Flames of murderous intent danced in its eyes.
“YOU... DESERVE TO DIE!!!”
With a thunderous roar, the Titan Giant Ape hurled its massive fist straight at Lin Fan!
In that instant, Lin Fan glanced sideways at Davis, then thrust a palm forward—shoving Davis far out of the way.
BOOM!
The Titan Giant Ape’s punch smashed into the ground where Lin Fan had stood, sending shockwaves in every direction.
But it frowned—its fist had hit something unnaturally solid. It quickly pulled back in alarm.
As the dust cleared, Lin Fan stood there with a grin, now fully encased in jet-black biomechanical armor. The armor pulsed and rippled, occasionally bulging with fleshy, blood-red nodules.
“Not bad. But if that’s all you've got,
you’re not breaking through my defense anytime soon.”
As he spoke, the armor on his body began to surge and writhe again.
Thick, pitch-black Zerg matter poured out of him, layer after layer wrapping tightly around his frame.
Soon, Lin Fan was covered in an even heavier purple-black exosuit, with not a single gap or weakness visible.
Even his face was shielded behind a sleek black mask—no eyes, no slits, nothing exposed.
Yet despite the full coverage, Lin Fan’s vision remained perfectly clear inside the armor, able to see everything in the world around him.
DING!
A flash of crimson light passed through his eyes—and then, he charged.
Lin Fan dashed forward like a black thunderbolt, his body cutting through the air as he moved with unnatural speed. Trails of shadowy afterimages streaked behind him, blurring the vision of the Titan Giant Ape.
“ROAAAR!!!”
The Titan Giant Ape bellowed furiously and launched another blazing punch at Lin Fan, lava-like energy radiating off its fist.
But Lin Fan didn’t back down. Instead, he mirrored the motion—throwing his own punch forward with crushing momentum.
The Titan Giant Ape’s eyes lit up maliciously.
“Trying to trade blows? You’re asking for death!!”
Yet Lin Fan’s smile widened behind the mask.
At the very last moment, the armor on his fist squirmed—and several sharp, glimmering bone spikes emerged, cold and deadly.
PUCHI—!!
“ROOOOOOOAR!!!”
The Titan Giant Ape howled in agony, immediately flinging its arm to the side. Lin Fan leapt away mid-motion, and the spikes quickly retracted into his armor.
The ape glanced at its injured hand—four deep, bleeding puncture wounds marred its thick knuckles, blood steadily flowing.
“So? How does it feel? Those spikes are crafted from the bones of the Sky Azure Bull Python.
Sharp enough for you?”
Lin Fan’s tone was mocking, full of scorn and pride.
He wasn’t bluffing. His armor had been genetically integrated with the sharp horn of the Sky Azure Bull Python, alongside the plating genes of many other powerful soul beasts. The result was an armor of extreme sharpness and resilience.
The Titan Giant Ape's armor was formidable, yes—but its bare flesh had still been vulnerable to Lin Fan’s sneak attack.
Now, the ape’s fury threatened to explode. Roaring madly, it coated its fists in molten light and slammed at Lin Fan with relentless force.
“Tch. Still haven’t learned…”
The armor wriggled again—and this time, a long, ancient blade materialized in Lin Fan’s hand.
Holding it in both hands, Lin Fan charged again!
He twisted past the Titan Giant Ape’s massive swing, narrowly dodging it. Then, with a powerful motion, he slashed down toward the ape’s arm!
The sharp blade gleamed coldly, causing the Titan Giant Ape to instinctively flinch. It withdrew its arm in time, shielding itself with the molten plating of its forearm.
But Lin Fan wasn’t done. He rolled forward mid-charge, slipped under the next strike, and stabbed his blade straight toward the ape’s exposed chest!
