Chapter 107: Chapter 106: Lord Jing Quits Smoking, Sister Qi Starts Flirting

Claire Green returned to the Elegance Garden only to find the living room empty. She raised an eyebrow slightly, her gaze playfully sweeping around.

Going upstairs to open her room, a wave of cigarette smoke hit her.

She leaned against the door, looking at the man sitting in her room, her lips curling up, "What is my brother doing in my room in the middle of the night?"

"What do you think, Claire?" The man still holding the cigarette in his hand looked at the girl with deep eyes, his voice low and husky.

Claire Green strolled over, extinguished the cigarette in his hand, and casually handed him a candy, "Brother, it’s better if you don’t smoke in the future."

Her eyes, though lazy at the corners, were earnest in voice, hiding nothing.

Julian Sia lowered his gaze, looking at the candy in front of him, unsure what he was thinking. Suddenly, he smiled, bowing his head and putting the candy in his mouth.

The overly sweet taste spread in his mouth, making him frown uncontrollably. How could Claire love eating something so sweet?

"What does brother think?" Claire Green didn’t miss his expression, a playful gleam flashed across her eyes.

"It’s alright," Julian Sia replied succinctly.

The words were barely spoken.

Claire Green chuckled and nodded, "Alright then, I’ll have Charles Jordan keep some on hand. Whenever you feel like smoking, have a candy instead."

Hearing this, Julian Sia slightly raised an eyebrow, "From your tone, it seems you plan to monitor my quit smoking."

Claire Green’s gaze was straightforward and bold, "As long as brother understands."

Click.

Julian Sia fell silent, and the slight annoyance in his heart dissipated with these words.

Suddenly.

He stared intently at the girl, "Claire, in what capacity are you telling me to quit smoking?"

Hearing the words, Claire Green’s red lips slowly curved, and she leaned forward to whisper hoarsely in the man’s ear, "That depends on what identity you give me, brother."

As soon as the words fell, Claire Green felt the world spin, and before she knew it, she was beneath Julian Sia.

Julian Sia propped his hands on either side, those pitch-black eyes growing deeper, the dark desire in his eyes startled Claire Green.

"Claire, didn’t I tell you not to tease me casually?"

He bowed his head, looking at the calm-faced girl before him, his voice unbearably husky.

Claire Green chuckled softly, "Brother knows how to turn the tables, wasn’t it brother who started this?"

Julian Sia’s eyes flickered, he stared at her for a few seconds, and finally, a sigh escaped his throat.

He reached out and pinched Claire Green’s face, his tone slightly helpless, "Hurry up and become an adult, Claire."

Claire Green thought of the original owner’s birthday and raised an eyebrow, "Brother still has to wait for a while."

Julian Sia got up, "Don’t come back too late in the future, rest early."

Claire Green sat on the sofa, watching the man’s retreating figure, laughing softly.

One must admit, brother is sometimes too serious for his own good.

...

"Cut, this scene is done."

Director Wang looked at the camera in front of him, a seldom-seen satisfied expression appearing on his usually serious face.

Hearing the words, Olivia Song couldn’t help but sigh in relief, it finally passed.

"Director Wang, is there anything that needs improvement?"

Director Wang looked at Olivia Song and shook his head with a smile, "No, this scene was shot well. Keep it up."

Having said that, he left happily with his hands behind his back.

Back in the break room, Olivia Song saw the girl who appeared, her expression changed immediately, "Why are you here?"

Rae Zander sensed her emotion, a hint of sadness appearing in her eyes, "You haven’t been to school these past two days, so I could only come to the set to find you."

"Why are you looking for me, to cooperate in more acting with you?"

Olivia Song sat elegantly doing her makeup in the break room, snorting at her words.

Just because of that slap, she was too embarrassed to show her face at school.

"Olivia, don’t be like this, why don’t you hit me back," Rae Zander grabbed her hand as if intending to slap herself.

Seeing this, Olivia Song’s expression changed, immediately withdrawing her hand.

"What are you doing, you’re not purposely trying to make me hit you and then expose it, are you?"

Before Rae Zander could refute, she saw Olivia Song looking at her with disappointment, "Rae, how could you?"

"I wouldn’t, how could I do such a thing when I see you as a sister?"

Rae Zander’s voice became sharp for a moment, she couldn’t believe Olivia Song viewed her this way.

"Please leave, I’d like some quiet." Olivia Song turned her face away, not looking at her, directly issuing an eviction order.

Rae Zander clenched her hands suddenly, could it be as high purity said, Olivia never considered her a sister.

Unwillingly, she glanced at Olivia Song, then quickly turned and ran out.

Not far from the theater, several young actors noticed someone running out and were surprised.

"Isn’t that Olivia’s friend? Why does she seem to be crying?"

"Are you stupid, didn’t you see where she came from? I guess they had a conflict!"

"Plastic sisters, it’s only a matter of time before they fight."

As soon as the girl finished speaking, the person next to her pinched her, "You really dare to talk, don’t forget who the investor of this production is, if she hears you, you might get kicked out."

The girl looked around, seeing everyone busy with their tasks, she spoke cautiously lowering her head, "I won’t, as long as you guys don’t say anything."

The other three looked at each other and assured her, "We won’t say a thing."

...

Class Six.

Grace Carter stood at the podium, her gaze serious, sweeping over the room. When she saw someone sleeping, her mouth twitched slightly.

"The annual joint exam of the nine schools is coming up. You all know this exam is considered a pre-admission opportunity for major universities, so I hope everyone gives their best."

"Grace, you should tell Claire this. With her nonsense during exams, giving it her best might be difficult."

A girl suddenly spoke up, causing the class to burst into laughter.

That’s right; ever since Claire transferred, her antics during exams had been countless. The joint exam was just another playground for her.

Grace Carter naturally considered this, her face twitching slightly. She spoke helplessly, "Claire Green, would you say something?"

Everyone’s gaze moved back to someone, and John Sinclair, seeing it, carefully woke her up.

Facing her slightly red eyes, John Sinclair shivered and quickly waved his hand, "It has nothing to do with me, Grace called you."

Hearing the words, Claire Green half opened her eyes, her voice hoarse, "What’s up?"

"Claire Green, the joint exam is about to start, make sure you perform normally," Grace Carter advised her.

"Joint exam," Claire Green raised an eyebrow, "What’s that about?"

Grace Carter’s brow twitched, "It’s an exam organized by nine schools, with top students directly admitted to major national universities."

After hearing this, Claire Green responded flatly, "Not interested."

"Claire Green, you’re saying you’re not interested in such a great opportunity?" Grace Carter frowned.

"Grace, do you think that if I don’t join the exam, I won’t be able to get in?" Claire Green glanced indifferently.

The crowd gasped.

Grace was choked by her words; saying yes, her grades were there to show, and saying no, why join the exam at all.

For a moment, Grace was caught in a dilemma.

Claire Green looked at her expression, somewhat silent, bowing her head to continue napping.
