A dim corner outside the hospital.
Qin Ningyi and Wen Hu exchanged glances, seeing the sigh in each other's eyes.
They were too far from the city, and the information was unclear. After such a long pursuit, they had failed to catch up with the other party. Those two "madmen" were likely dead.
The other party would never allow such a "handle" to live in this world.
Even so, Wen Hu extended his hand, "Pleasure cooperating with you."
Qin Ningyi mouthed silently, "Shen Ji?"

Qin Ningyi frowned, about to speak, when a hint of blood scent wafted in the cold wind.
"Who?!"
He and Wen Hu exclaimed in unison.
The surrounding personnel immediately became alert, forming a circle around them.
Under the dim light, a figure emerged from the corner, dragging two heavy objects behind him.
"I've brought you a gift."
The voice was clear and sharp, with a touch of nonchalance.
Qin Ningyi recognized the voice. "Ling Xiao?"
Ling Xiao, covered in blood, walked up to them. In the dim light, Qin Ningyi and the others clearly saw the bloodshot veins in his eyes.
Blood dripped from Ling Xiao's hands. He casually flicked them, and the two people in his grasp were tossed to the feet of Wen Hu and Qin Ningyi. "This old man is exhausted."
"This..." Vice Squad Leader stepped out and looked at the two people on the ground, barely breathing.
Ling Xiao sat on a nearby stone stool without any pretense, waving his hand. "You're welcome."
This task of tracking down information was supposed to be for his girl. But how could he not worry?
