"Come, what do you want to watch?" Gu Yunting asked, pulling her onto his lap and holding her close, his lips brushing her ear.
Ye Wan was speechless.
"I want to watch a documentary," Ye Wan said. She felt that nothing else was safe. Even nature documentaries had scenes of mating. Only documentaries and cartoons seemed relatively safe.
If he was already this agitated without any stimulation, she was afraid she would suffer even more if he got stimulated by some visuals.
Whatever she wanted to watch, Gu Yunting wouldn't object. After starting a documentary, he held her and couldn't stop kissing her.
Ye Wan was speechless.
She felt like her skin was already covered in his saliva!
If it weren't for the fact that he was poisoned, she would have kicked him away. Who was this clingy?
Fortunately, it was noon, and Gu Yunting had to prepare lunch. Because she had liked that fish yesterday, he planned to make it for her again.
Ye Wan took the opportunity to have a few more words with Qi Fan.
After lunch, Ye Wan suggested they go for a walk to help digest their food. Gu Yunting didn't even clear the table before accompanying her out. Before leaving, he dressed her in sun protection, put on a hat, carefully protected all her exposed skin, and then took her out.
The sea breeze was gentle, but the sun was a bit strong. They walked along the beach. This was Gu Yunting's private beach, and the sand was exceptionally soft. Ye Wan took off her shoes and walked barefoot. The warm sand made her feel all heated up.
There were many small seashells on the beach, and many small crabs scurrying about. Suddenly, Ye Wan felt a sharp pain in her foot and instinctively cried out.
Gu Yunting quickly scooped her up and watched as a crab scurried away at lightning speed.
Ye Wan was in so much pain she almost cried. Her foot had been cut by the little crab, and blood was dripping out.
"Damn it, I'll catch it and stew it!" Gu Yunting glared hatefully at the little crab that had committed a hit-and-run.
"Forget it, it was my carelessness that I stepped on it. It's not its fault," Ye Wan said with a sigh, looking at the blood dripping from her foot.
"Let's go back and treat the wound, don't let it get infected." Gu Yunting suppressed the urge to kill all the crabs in the sea and quickly carried Ye Wan back to the villa.
Once inside, he placed her on the sofa in the living room and rushed to find the first-aid kit. Returning with the kit, he carefully picked up her foot. The wound from the crab's sting was still bleeding. Gu Yunting took out a bottle of antiseptic and said, "We need to disinfect it quickly. It will hurt, so bear with it."
Ye Wan nodded, indicating she was okay. Gu Yunting quickly unscrewed the cap and poured the medicine onto her foot to rinse it.
A stinging sensation spread, and Ye Wan furrowed her brow. Actually, it wasn't that painful, but with so much blood, the wound was likely not shallow.
However, it was her own carelessness. If she hadn't insisted on walking on the beach barefoot, she wouldn't have been injured by the crab. If she had been wearing shoes, it would have been fine.
But Gu Yunting didn't think so. He was already contemplating catching all the crabs in this stretch of sea and making them into spicy crab dishes!
Gu Yunting worked quickly, completing the disinfection and stopping the bleeding in no time, fearing that the longer it took, the longer she would be in pain.
Ye Wan looked at her foot, which was bandaged like a zongzi, and weakly said, "It's just a small wound. Isn't this a bit excessive?"
"The weather is very hot now, and it's easy to get infected if you're not careful. Ye Wan, this is not a trivial matter. You need to take good care of yourself in the future, don't get injured, and don't underestimate any wound, understand?" Gu Yunting cautioned, not at all reassured.
