"You help me take this to the office." The man speaking to her shoved a cup of coffee into her hand, his gaze lingering on Ye Wan's pretty face with budding interest.

"What are you still standing there for? Take it over! You don't want to stay?" the man said, walking into his office with his hands behind his back.
Ye Wan intended to deliver the coffee and leave immediately. After she placed the coffee down, she turned to go. The man asked, "What position are you applying for? Just tell me, and I'll put in a good word for you."
"You can help me get hired? Even if my qualifications aren't up to par?" Ye Wan turned back to look at the man who had already sat down on the sofa.
"Of course. As long as you want to stay, a word from me is enough. Come, let's sit down and talk first." The man patted the sofa beside him.
Ye Wan frowned. Could Gu Yunting's company really operate like this behind the scenes? If this man was hiring so carelessly, wouldn't the company become more chaotic?
