Chapter 23 The Hidden Master, Aunt Tang!

Rose Garden Community.

This is a high-end residential area comprised entirely of garden villas and detached houses.

Yet, this high-end community bore an unflattering nickname: the "Mistress Complex."

The reason was simple: the influential and powerful figures of Jianghai City invariably preferred to house their mistresses in this very complex.

Consequently, to expose a certain magnate, one wouldn't need to exert effort searching for clues; simply staking out the entrance of Rose Garden Community daily would suffice.

*Screech.*

Min Ziqing parked his car at the entrance of Rose Garden Community.

"Sister, you wait here. Master Luo and I will go in."

With that, Min Ziqing alighted from the car.

No pass was needed. A quick facial scan at the guardhouse, and he swaggered into the community.

If Min Ziqiong hadn't known her brother's rough demeanor and complex social connections, she might have suspected him of keeping a mistress here.

"Building B, Unit 401. This is it."

"Tsk, tsk, Ma Zhenbang is quite generous, getting his mistress a villa!"

Min Ziqing remarked, looking at the door of Unit 401, and then stepped forward to knock.

As Min Ziqing knocked, Master Luo had already circled around to the back of the villa. His purpose was twofold: to prevent Aunt Tang from escaping and, should she refuse to open the door, to facilitate entry by breaking a window.

"Who is it?"

A languid voice soon echoed from within the room.

Footsteps followed.

"Elder Ma sent me," Min Ziqing lied casually.

"Is that so? Then please come in."

The door opened, revealing a woman in a bathrobe.

Though past her prime, she retained a captivating allure.

Her voluptuous figure was subtly hinted at beneath the bathrobe, and her fair face, exceptionally well-maintained, exuded an air of seductive charm.

It was no wonder Ma Zhenbang was willing to go to such lengths.

Clearly, this woman was the so-called Aunt Tang.

Min Ziqing smoothly walked inside, then with a click of his heel, closed the door.

He unceremoniously sat on the sofa, crossed his legs, and declared, "Alright, since I'm inside, I won't pretend anymore. Let's get down to business. Hand over my niece!"

A flicker of surprise crossed Aunt Tang's eyes, followed by her retort, "What niece? Who are you? Why are you looking for my niece here?"

"Heh, playing innocent? Don't think I'm as soft-hearted as that old fogey Ma Zhenbang. I've always believed in one tenet: 'Without a woman in the heart, the sword is naturally divine!' Women only slow down my draw!"

"So, drop that pathetic, innocent act. Hand over my niece obediently! Otherwise, I'll make you wish you'd never been born today!"

Min Ziqing's eyes glinted with malice, his expression fierce.

Logically, Aunt Tang should have been intimidated by Min Ziqing's persona of being "unaffected by women and ruthlessly cold."

However, to his surprise, Aunt Tang began to laugh.

After her laughter subsided, she said leisurely, "No wonder I divined a calamity today using the Little Six Rens. It seems the tribulation has manifested in you."

"However, I can't help but feel you're not worthy of being my tribulation."

*Swish!*

Min Ziqing's expression changed instantly.

He shot up from the sofa, his arm extended, lunging towards Aunt Tang.

"You damn bitch, playing games with me?"

Aunt Tang neither dodged nor flinched, even offering a mocking critique, "White Ape Linking Arm Fist? Pity you've only learned the superficials. It might suffice for street thugs, but it's far from enough for me!"

With that, Aunt Tang extended a slender finger and pointed at Min Ziqing.

Despite the seemingly weak gesture, Min Ziqing felt as if he had been struck by a heavy hammer. He was flung backward, crashing to the ground with a thud.

Shattering a large vase placed by the wall.

*Puff!*

Min Ziqing spat out a mouthful of blood, listless, utterly lacking the strength to even get up.

Defeated in a single blow!

This Aunt Tang was a hidden master!

"Young Master Min!"

At this moment, Master Luo, who had been concealed behind the villa, heard the commotion. Realizing something was amiss, he immediately broke through the window.

"This one is more promising. Martial arts sixth rank, enough to entertain me for a bit."

Upon seeing Master Luo, Aunt Tang showed no fear, but rather an expectant look!

Master Luo's muscles tensed instantly, his hair standing on end like a cat sensing danger!

This Aunt Tang had seen through his rank with just one glance!

More importantly, after discerning his rank, she showed no apprehension and scrutinized him with the gaze of a cat playing with a mouse.

This indicated that Aunt Tang was an extremely dangerous, top-tier master!

"Luo Changfu of Chuandong. May I ask who you are?"

Master Luo introduced himself, attempting to probe her background.

Aunt Tang let out a disdainful scoff, "A mere martial artist is not worthy of knowing my name. All I can say is that you have bad luck, following the wrong person and provoking the wrong opponent!"

"Our sole purpose here is to retrieve the lost young lady of the Min family, not to provoke trouble intentionally. If you are willing to hand over the young lady, I am willing to apologize and compensate for all losses incurred."

Master Luo adopted an extremely humble posture.

This was no easy feat for a martial arts sixth-rank master.

Unexpectedly, Aunt Tang not only didn't appreciate his plea but retorted, "That little girl you mentioned? I'm afraid I consider her a good candidate for cultivation and have already sent her to a sect. Therefore, I cannot hand her over."

"As for the losses, there's nothing much. Just a vase and a window. Your lives will suffice as compensation!"

Master Luo's face paled drastically upon hearing this.

Clearly, the situation could not be resolved peacefully today!

"Then forgive me!"

Master Luo's eyes narrowed, a glint of killing intent flashing within them.

The next second, he surged forward like a tiger descending from a mountain, the air whistling with his momentum, charging towards Aunt Tang!

A visible ripple of air erupted behind Master Luo, a testament to his martial arts sixth-rank strength!

Yet, Aunt Tang remained unmoved, a mocking smile playing on her lips.

As Master Luo neared her, she suddenly pointed a finger at him!

*Rumble!*

It was like a thunderclap from a clear sky, or an explosion in the void.

Master Luo grunted, and much like Min Ziqing, he was sent flying backward like a broken kite!

He practically slammed into the wall, unable to move for a long time!

"How... how is this possible?"

Master Luo's face was etched with horror.

It was understandable that Aunt Tang could defeat Min Ziqing with a single finger, as Min Ziqing's martial arts were merely "half-baked."

But for Aunt Tang to defeat Master Luo with a single finger was inexplicable!

Unless Aunt Tang's cultivation level was far, far superior to Master Luo's!

"Could you be... a Celestial-level master?" Master Luo trembled, a chill running down his spine as if he had realized something.

In Master Luo's understanding, only a Celestial-level master could achieve such a feat!

Who could have imagined that Ma Zhenbang's mere mistress was a Celestial-level master, a rarity even in the entire world?
