Lois was unaware, but Luthor knew very well that Bai Qi was not an enemy. Although he did not know the other party's true identity, all signs pointed to him being an ally, from handing over five powerful Dragon Scale Lantern Rings to helping clear out the traitors within the tower.
Coupled with the overwhelming strength he had displayed, Luthor was acutely aware that individuals of such power often possessed peculiar temperaments. If Lois's actions provoked him, and he decided to abandon them, the consequences would be dire.
Fortunately, Bai Qi was unperturbed by Lois's actions. He strode towards the teleportation device and said to Luthor, "Alright, hurry up and send me to Apokolips."
Observing Bai Qi's eagerness, Luthor, looking at the Demon Destroyers immobilized by telekinesis, felt a complex mix of emotions.
Luthor certainly did not wish to offend this formidable being over a trivial matter. However, if Bai Qi were to teleport away, and the Demon Destroyers were freed from his suppression, they would tear them to shreds in an instant.

Having witnessed Bai Qi's god-like power, Luthor dared not delay. He quickly stepped forward and activated the machine.
With a flash of white light, Bai Qi was successfully teleported from Earth to Apokolips.
The environment of Apokolips could be described as a hellish landscape. It was even more hellish than the inferno the Holy Lord had resided in. One couldn't help but wonder what Darkseid was thinking. Why not choose a place of birds and flowers? Why insist on such a grim and desolate one? Wouldn't he be more comfortable, still being the lord of darkness?
But none of that mattered. Since he had finally arrived on Apokolips, and with Clark and the others attracting attention, Bai Qi felt he had to stir up some trouble to make his trip worthwhile.
Bai Qi spread his arms to his sides. Then, from his flanks, basketball-sized eyeballs emerged and floated around him. After accumulating over twenty, the number of eyeballs stopped increasing.
"Go, absorb all the energy from Apokolips."
With Bai Qi's command, the eyeballs dispersed in all directions.
