Chapter 869: Ultimate Tier 13 Architecture

Chapter 869: Ultimate Tier 13 Architecture

Seven hundred thousand years later...

Through the combined efforts of all powerhouses in the Planar Chaos Region, the Shadow Void Land, originally scheduled to be built in ten million years, was completed in less than one.

Gazing at the massive structure, constructed by over fifty Archons, countless Overlords, and Dimensional Emperors, they couldn’t help but feel a surge of emotion.

"This is the ultimate structure. This is the Shadow Void Land..." Maximus sighed, his eyes sweeping over the land.

Built with the Planar Chaos Region’s reserves of all expendable materials and countless rare resources, a Tier 13 Ultimate Architecture stood proudly in the chaotic void.

"So this is the finished product... Even having seen the blueprints, I still can’t believe my eyes. There truly is such a magnificent creation," Eryos, the Archon of Creation, said, his voice filled with awe.

Embodying perfection, strength, and invulnerability, even a single glance at the Shadow Void Land sent shivers down their spines.

"Haha, this is only the beginning," Maximus said with a smile, basking in the praise.

Infinite growth! Built according to the ability of the Chaos Eater, the Shadow Void Land could expand and grow indefinitely.

Consuming the chaos, it grew at a constant rate, with its power and defenses strengthening as it expanded.

Every moment, new structures, facilities, weapons, and defensive systems were generated.

Like a living, breathing Tier 13 being, it seemed to consume everything in its path.

"Do you still have time to admire this chunk of metal? The frontline has been urging you for ages," Feala, one of the Overseers, said, rolling her eyes.

Although the Shadow Void Land was great, she was a bit salty that it didn’t contain much nature and beauty.

"We indeed didn’t have time to test this thing," Eryos sighed.

While they were building the Shadow Void Land, the situation at the frontline became worse and worse.

As if the world were determined to wipe them out, the tide of dark disaster grew stronger instead of subsiding.

The more the Overseers and Archons defended, the more dark beasts were drawn, escalating the crisis.

"No need for tests or trials. This ultimate structure is ready," Maximus said confidently.

"Then let’s go..."

Gathering all the Overlords to board the Shadow Void Land, Maximus initiated the massive transportation.

Picking up the empty chaotic void behind the Overseers as a buffer, Maximus transported everyone with a single leap.

---

Dark Disaster Tide Frontline:

Arriving at the battlefield, most of the Overlords aboard the Shadow Void Land froze in shock.

"Where are we?"

"Are we in the depths of the dark disaster?!"

"Why didn’t anyone warn us we were heading to this dangerous place?!"

Feeling indignant about not being informed and being forcibly brought to the Shadow Void Land for an instantaneous leap, they couldn’t help but complain.

Fortunately, as they turned toward the Omnis, it still seemed capable of taking them back home.

The only problem was the new cost.

"To return to the Central Planar Chaos Region, I need a billion plane origin?!"

"What a scam! How could we have such a massive amount of funds?!"

Although their pay for building the Shadow Void Land was substantial, they had already spent it on training.

Seeing the once-free teleportation device now requiring payment, they couldn’t help but grumble.

First, they were dragged to the battlefield, and now they were hit with an exorbitant transportation fee?

Wasn’t this just sending them to their deaths?

Fortunately, as their fury was about to erupt, the Omnis they held began to update.

The simple panel from before, which displayed their tasks, now featured multiple other tabs.

The tabs included Task, Dark Beast Exchange, Shop, Forum, Chat, and Map.

The Task tab remained unchanged, listing available tasks with corresponding rewards.

The Dark Beast Exchange tab, however, introduced a direct exchange system, allowing them to trade dark beasts for plane origin and even myriad energy with a click of a button.

"Myriad Energy?! It’s even available for exchange?!"

Seeing they could exchange a mere dark beast for myriad energy, the Overlords couldn’t help but breathe heavily.

Myriad Energy! The key to advancing to the Archon Realm!

The Archon Realm was the pinnacle of chaos, the dream every Overlord hoped to reach.

Initially, almost all of them had just fantasized about ascending to such a realm, never truly believing it was possible.

But now, with a clear path presented before them, a ticket to their advancement, their blood couldn’t help but boil with excitement.

If they killed enough dark beasts, could they achieve their dream?

Or was this merely bait dangled by the Archons and Overseers to lure them willingly to their deaths?

Unfortunately, with no one to confirm their doubts, they could only hold onto hope, trusting that Maximus, the Archons, and the Overseers wouldn’t deceive them.

Turning to the next tab, they found the shop familiar, containing every item available in the Central Planar Chaos Region.

From the most basic materials to the rarest Tier 13 treasures, everything they knew and didn’t know seemed to be there.

As they browsed, they were surprised by its convenience. The items they just purchased could be instantly teleported to the Omni they held.

Unfortunately, reading the fine print, they discovered the delivery fee was only free within the Shadow Void Land. Charges would apply the farther they were from it.

Grumbling a bit, they moved to the next tab: Forum.

Connected to everyone with an Omni, they could post anything, from words, sights, even laws they comprehended.

Though its purpose wasn’t immediately clear, seeing countless individuals posting complaints, praise, and analyses of the situation brought a smile to their faces.

Like a lonely boat sailing on the sea, discovering countless others in the same situation, they no longer felt so isolated.

After all, though they were all in the same place, what each could see and perceive was just a glimpse of the whole.

Turning to the next tab, they were surprised to find their friends and acquaintances listed.

With a single click, they could communicate anywhere, anytime.

Feeling a spark of amusement, the danger they faced dulled slightly, offering a fleeting respite of hope amid the darkness.
