Chapter 1 Chatting

Hello everyone, today I took a stroll through the book lover's circle and saw some questions, and suddenly I wanted to chat with you all. This can also be considered a response to some of the messages.

First question: Those who say that I can write up to five thousand, ten thousand chapters, and not finish it for half a lifetime, you're overthinking it.

I already said in the reader群 (qún, group) that it would be finished in about two thousand chapters. And I won't change the progress or revise the outline just because someone is shouting something. The only one who can make me revise the outline is the editor.

As for those who insist on urging the ending, you can directly treat this passage as the ending.

The bad guys are dead, the good guys are alive, some ascend to heaven, some enter the earth, that's usually the ending of most novels. Just know that, no need to urge.

Second question: Friends who say my updates are slow.

I can understand you saying I'm slow, but I also have to say: I already said in the comments section that I am an amateur writer, focus on "amateur." That is to say, at one o'clock in the morning, you are sleeping, and I am still writing. At six thirty in the morning, I have to get up, pack things up, and send my child to school, and then go to work. I said: to save time, I haven't eaten breakfast in seven or eight years. Do you believe it?

I have been living this kind of life for eight years of writing books. My friends all say that I deserve to write supernatural novels, like a ghost, only coming out to eat with them once a year.

Of course, staying up late, insisting on writing while sick, or giving up socializing to focus on writing are all my choices and have nothing to do with others.

I just want to tell everyone, if you want me to be faster, I really can't be.

Third question: The question of me padding the word count.

I use a parallel sentence to create an atmosphere, and you say I'm padding. I write about daily life, and you say I'm padding. I make a foreshadowing, and you still say I'm padding. Someone even said that I could write three chapters about the protagonist going to the toilet. I'm really sorry, I don't have the habit of writing about the protagonist going to the toilet, and I don't have much research on toilets.

Everyone understands that stories need foreshadowing. Even if you read a skit of only a hundred words, doesn't it need foreshadowing? Could it be that when the author of the skit writes "laugh," you can just see it and laugh?

Again, reading novels is like watching TV or going to a restaurant. If you don't like watching, you can change the channel! If it doesn't suit your taste, you can change the restaurant!

If you insist on eating a Manchu Han Imperial Feast at my barbecue stall, I really can't do that.

There are millions of writers online, and I'm not the only one writing about the supernatural. There are many who write better than me, there's bound to be one that suits you, right?

When you don't care, it's better to part ways and be happy, isn't that good?

Fourth question: It's about the pirated version.

I said I don't mind readers getting a free ride, and the website also has free channels: Qi-Mao, Fan-Qie, Shou-Bai, and Shu-Qi are all free channels.

As an author, I don't require my readers to spend money to read novels. Of course, I'm happy if you come to my main site to support me, but I have no objection if you don't.

I haven't asked for paid reading, nor have I asked for rewards or gifts. I'm just saying, is it difficult to get a free ride by watching a few seconds of advertisements on those channels?

Of course, if you think it's difficult, I can't do anything about it. I can't force you to watch, right? But don't come to my group and say it.

If you talk about pirated versions in my group and get kicked out by me, and then say that I have no magnanimity. I can tell you, I really don't have that magnanimity.

This is like you telling me that someone stole the rice from your house, and I went to eat it, and it wasn't tasty, and I had to give you advice on how to grow rice!

Sorry, I really don't want to hear this kind of advice.

I have always felt that I don't need to respond to many questions, because people who can understand you can understand even if you don't say much.

People who can't understand you won't understand even if you wear out your mouth, and instead they will think you are quibbling.

I am just a person who writes novels. I don't have any feud with certain people, nor have I stolen anyone's wife, nor have I jumped into the well with your child. So, you don't need to argue with me in the book review section.

I welcome friends who like it, and friends who like to chat can come to the group to find me.

As for friends who don't like to read my novels, let's discuss and stay away from each other, okay? Lest you get annoyed when you see me, and I may not be able to reply to your posts.
