Jing Mingqiu was stunned to find himself transformed from plaintiff to defendant. Fortunately, he wasn't new to such conspiracies. Recalling Hudson Allen's earlier peculiar behavior, he immediately realized it was a trap, specifically set for him.
With this thought, Jing Mingqiu's mind raced. He quickly typed a short piece of code on his keyboard, then leaned back, spreading his arms to embrace Mo Ruixue and Jing Rou. He settled in to watch Joseph Biden's performance.
"Jing Mingqiu has repeatedly invaded the United States' networks, hijacked video websites to broadcast bloody content, and forcibly altered television programs, exposing many children to adult material, causing severe damage to their psychological well-being."
"Many elderly individuals, due to the impact of the videos, suffered heart attacks and tragically passed away! Furthermore, vulnerable groups such as Black people and transgender individuals experienced severe psychological distress, recalling past oppression due to these events!"
"Although his intention was to expose the crimes of the three major pharmaceutical groups, this does not negate his violation of network security laws, his indirect causing of multiple deaths, and the damage to the psychological health of tens of millions of children!"
"I demand his immediate arrest and a joint trial by all nations!"
Joseph Biden, a worthy US President, was a master of baseless accusations. Children, the elderly, and vulnerable groups – the halo of political correctness was fully activated. Many do-gooders, after hearing his speech, were already furiously attacking online.
Unfortunately, Jing Mingqiu had no interest in playing their political correctness game.
"Tsk, tsk, tsk," Jing Mingqiu sneered playfully at the indignant crowd. "You can eat whatever you want, but you can't say whatever you want. You claim all this was my doing; where is the evidence? Don't think that just because you are the US President, you can slander good people with empty words!"
Joseph Biden extended his hand, pointing at the laptop on Jing Mingqiu's desk. "This is the evidence! The cloud drive was empty just moments ago. After you used the computer, the network of the Cliff Military Court was infiltrated."
"After two lines of Chinese characters, evidence of Hudson Allen's crimes, similar to that of the three major medical groups, appeared on the big screen and was pushed to the entire internet."
"Quick, someone! Before he erases the evidence, take the computer from his hands and send it to the technical department for examination!"
As soon as he finished speaking, two FBI agents behind him rushed forward, attempting to seize the laptop from Jing Mingqiu's desk.
"Scram!"
Without looking up, Jing Mingqiu waved his hand casually. The nanotech in his fingertips transformed into an air cannon, firing multiple shots consecutively, sending the two FBI agents flying.
They spewed blood and landed heavily on the ground, twitching before losing consciousness, their fate unknown!
Hudson Allen and Alec Ulysses's infighting was a pre-arranged performance. This time, the three major medical groups had stirred up too much trouble, and a single CEO couldn't bear the entire blame.
They hadn't expected the mysterious skilled hacker to intervene at this moment. Joseph Biden didn't believe Jing Mingqiu was that hacker.
However, it was a coincidence that Jing Mingqiu had just operated the computer, so he seized the opportunity to file a lawsuit against him, hoping to get his hands on Jing Mingqiu's computer.
The presiding judge, associate judges, evidence department, court police, and prison guards were all Biden's people. Once the computer was in their possession, they could fabricate evidence even without any real proof!
However, seeing Jing Mingqiu's strong reaction, Joseph Biden's heart leaped with joy. He was convinced there was a hidden secret. He immediately winked at the presiding judge.
Receiving the hint, the presiding judge slammed his gavel forcefully!
"Jing Mingqiu, how dare you resort to violence in the Cliff Military Court! Where are the court police? Arrest him immediately!"
"Click, click, click."
As soon as the words fell, accompanied by a series of cocking gun sounds, the court police responsible for security quickly raised their guns. Over a hundred dark muzzles were pointed squarely at Jing Mingqiu's head.
"Heh heh," Jing Mingqiu said with a cold laugh, showing no fear. "While these crude firearms in your hands can't harm me, I don't like people pointing guns at me! I'll count to three. Either you put down your guns yourselves, or I'll help you put them down."
The crowd was stunned by Jing Mingqiu's arrogance.
The presiding judge's beard bristled with anger. "Jing Mingqiu, you are in contempt of court! Are you trying to start a world war?"
Jing Mingqiu ignored him and silently raised one finger. "One."
One of the Dragon Country delegates who accompanied Jing Mingqiu quietly leaned in and whispered, "Professor Jing, you can still give up resisting now. Don't make one mistake after another!"
Jing Mingqiu was surprised to find a defeatist in the delegation who couldn't grasp the situation. He scoffed, "Give up resisting? That's easily said. Do you believe they'll find evidence even without any if they get my computer?"
"Afghanistan's experience has shown us that when the United States suspects you have weapons of mass destruction, you'd better actually have them."
The defeatist hurriedly explained, "Professor Jing, you? I didn't mean it that way..."
"We'll discuss your issues after we return to the country. Time is up; now it's their turn to make a decision." Jing Mingqiu pushed him aside and then raised his second finger. "Two."
Joseph Biden stood up. "Jing Mingqiu, don't be so arrogant! I know that mecha you're wearing is very powerful, and these people can't handle you!"
"But don't forget, outside the Cliff Military Court is the Colin aircraft carrier fleet. You don't think you can confront an entire carrier fleet with your strength, do you!"
Jing Mingqiu didn't even bother to give the so-called US President a proper look. He directly raised his third finger and said softly, "Three."
"It seems you prefer the hard way to the soft."
"Xue'er, A'rou, I heard you've been practicing martial arts recently. Leave these guys to you. Don't take too much time."
"Husband has worked hard recently. I'll help my husband deal with these petty thieves." Mo Ruixue lowered her head and kissed Jing Mingqiu's left cheek, then released her mecha and charged straight out.
After kissing Jing Mingqiu's right cheek, Jing Rou followed closely behind, rushing into the crowd. "Sister, let's have a race to see who can kill faster."
Watching the two of them wreak havoc among the crowd like tigers entering a flock of sheep, Jing Mingqiu's eyes were filled with tenderness. He had been fighting in Afghanistan recently, and they had been worried sick back home. It was good for them to vent now, so they wouldn't get sick from holding it in.
Three minutes later, Jing Rou was the first to run back, hugging Jing Mingqiu's arm and acting spoiled. "Husband, it's all taken care of. I took down fifty-seven, and Sister took down forty-two. I won this time, so I want a reward and a hug!"
"Okay, a hug! My Rou'er is the best." Jing Mingqiu hugged Jing Rou, exchanged a look with Mo Ruixue, who had just finished the finishing blows, and then opened his arms to embrace her as well.
Looking at the chaotic courtroom and then at Jing Mingqiu, who was shamelessly showing affection, the presiding judge of the Cliff Military Court was so angry he almost fainted. He slammed his gavel, wishing the wooden mallet in his hand could transform into Thor's Hammer and smash them to death.
"Jing Mingqiu, with delegations from all countries present, you actually attacked court police! Do you really want to trigger World War Three? You will become the sinner of the world!"
"Don't rush to label me. Even if World War Three is triggered, it has nothing to do with me," Jing Mingqiu pointed at Joseph Biden. "They attacked first; I was merely acting in self-defense."
Seeing that everyone's attention was focused on him, Joseph Biden quickly explained, "Where did we attack? I merely suspected you of launching a large-scale cyberattack and sent people to protect the evidence in advance to prevent its destruction."
Then, Joseph Biden countered, "If you had nothing to hide, why would things have escalated to this point if you had just handed over your computer?"
"You want this? You should have said so earlier. It would have been fine if you had explained it clearly." Jing Mingqiu smiled and raised the laptop on his desk, pretending to hand it to him.
Joseph Biden nodded vigorously. "That's right, this is it! Hand it over to me, and we can forget everything that just happened."
