Chapter 784 A Different Archaeology Major

The woman remained silent, lost in thought.

Her companion, seeing her quietness, teased, "What's wrong? Already thinking about romance?"

The woman shot her a look. "You idiot, I just thought he looked familiar."

Her companion didn't believe her, chuckling. "You'll see him tomorrow. Then you can add him on WeChat, why pine away here?"

The woman ignored her, choosing to remain silent.

Seeing her silence, her companion spoke again, "Alright, I was just kidding. I'm going to get some milk tea."

The woman shook her head. "You go ahead. I don't want any. I'm heading back to the dorm."

Her companion looked puzzled.

What was wrong with this girl today?

Could she really be developing a crush?

"Okay, I'll go by myself then," the companion said, turning to leave.

After her companion left, the woman took out her phone and looked at a black and white photo, murmuring to herself, "Is it really not him?"

At the same time, Feng Yu arrived at the staircase, his expression turning somewhat grim.

"How can I run into a cultivator even here!"

He had felt someone watching him just now, and a glance had told him something was amiss.

It wasn't that the woman was particularly beautiful.

It was that there was an aura about her.

If he wasn't mistaken, the woman had also noticed him.

Regardless of which sect she belonged to, or whether she was good or bad, it was best not to meet.

Feng Yu felt a sense of helplessness.

Why were cultivators everywhere?

Even on campus, there were people from this line of work.

As Feng Yu was lost in thought, a hand suddenly landed on his shoulder.

Feng Yu jumped, startled, and quickly turned to look at the person.

It was Zheng Lun, grinning at him lewdly. "Fourth brother, why are you so tense?"

"Did you do something you regret?"

Seeing it was Zheng Lun, Feng Yu breathed a sigh of relief.

He supposed he was just being too sensitive.

Feng Yu shook his head and smiled, "Oh, it's second brother. I was just lost in thought, and you startled me. You almost gave me a heart attack."

Zheng Lun laughed heartily, teasing, "So you're a scaredy-cat, huh?"

Feng Yu rubbed the back of his head, remaining silent.

Zheng Lun patted Feng Yu's shoulder and continued, "You're here at the perfect time. We've all been waiting for you."

"Waiting for me?"

Feng Yu looked bewildered. "Waiting for me for what?"

Zheng Lun grinned. "What else? To welcome our new roommate, of course!"

"With you arriving, the three of us, plus you, make four. Just enough to form the Four Heavenly Kings."

"Four Heavenly Kings?"

Feng Yu looked at Zheng Lun, utterly confused.

With his belly straining his shirt and that slicked-back hair, what Heavenly King did he resemble?

Could he be the Fifth Heavenly King, the Belly Heavenly King?

"Let's go, man. We're all waiting for you."

Zheng Lun urged Feng Yu along, heading back to the dorm.

Upon reaching the dorm door, Zheng Lun cleared his throat. "Alright, you can go in."

Feng Yu was still bewildered. As he opened the dorm door, he heard two popping sounds.

Two party poppers burst, spraying colorful plastic strips.

Feng Yu instinctively took a step back.

Zheng Lun, standing behind him, grinned and started clapping. "Welcome to the dorm, new roommate."

The two occupants of the dorm also began to clap.

"Welcome."

"Welcome."

Feng Yu smiled, surprised by the hospitality of his new roommates.

Since Zheng Lun had met Feng Yu earlier that morning, the introduction task naturally fell to him.

Zheng Lun walked in and looked at a man with glasses and a bowl-cut hairstyle. "This is our dorm leader, Shen Min. He was the first to arrive, so he's the eldest."

Feng Yu nodded, offering a polite smile. "Hello, Brother Shen."

Shen Min waved his hand, appearing amiable. "Just call me Old Shen. Welcome to our dorm."

Feng Yu nodded. Zheng Lun continued the introductions. "This guy, whose looks are on par with mine, is Wang Laifa. He's ranked after me."

Hearing this, Wang Laifa immediately took offense. "Hey, what do you mean 'on par'? That's you being delusional, understand?"

Feng Yu took a closer look at Wang Laifa.

He had to admit, the guy had grounds for his narcissism.

Dressed in fashionable clothes and with dyed blond hair, he indeed had the aura of a Korean oppa.

If a man's looks were rated out of a hundred, this guy could easily score ninety.

But all of that was irrelevant.

Any handsome man paled in comparison to Feng Yu.

Feng Yu smiled and said, "Third brother."

Wang Laifa, seeing Feng Yu not react, seemed to be stunned by Feng Yu's appearance. He slowly said,

"To think such a handsome person exists in this world, truly on par with me."

Feng Yu: "This..."

Shen Min: "..."

Zheng Lun couldn't help but curse, "Holy crap, have some shame, man!"

Wang Laifa, hearing this, became indignant. "What are you saying? If I can't compare to Fourth Brother, surely I can compare to you?"

Zheng Lun was completely flustered, his speech becoming disjointed. "I... you... damn it."

Shen Min, on the side, adjusted his glasses and cleared his throat. "Alright, let's get this welcome feast for Fourth Brother started."

"Right, right. The dorm supervisor will be here soon, so we need to finish up."

Zheng Lun said this and started pulling things out from under his bed.

Wang Laifa, meanwhile, brought out a folding table.

Soon, the small table was laden with cold dishes, pig's head meat, and peanuts.

Most importantly, there were three bottles of Erguotou.

This so-called welcome feast was no different from ordinary drinking.

After two shots of Erguotou, the four of them became more talkative.

Shen Min looked at Feng Yu and asked, "Fourth Brother, Third Brother mentioned you don't know your major. What's going on?"

Feng Yu rubbed the back of his head and began to explain. "It was my sister's idea for me to go to university, and she also chose my major for me. I only just found out she enrolled me in Archaeology."

Upon hearing it was Archaeology, the chopsticks in their hands froze, and their smiles vanished.

Seeing their expressions, Feng Yu looked puzzled. "What's wrong? Is there a problem with the Archaeology major?"

Wang Laifa and Zheng Lun remained silent, both looking at Shen Min.

Shen Min sighed, shook his head helplessly, and looked at Feng Yu earnestly. "Fourth Brother, I don't know why your sister enrolled you in this major, but I advise you to choose another one."

Seeing Shen Min's earnest demeanor, Feng Yu became even more confused. "Brother Shen, is there something wrong with the Archaeology major?"
