Yu Daohan looked surprised. "The Yanhuo Sect has sect grounds?"
Qiangzi looked at Yu Daohan's astonished face and felt a bit speechless. It seemed this guy knew nothing at all.
"Does Master Yu know about the Yanhuo Sect's past strength?" Qiangzi took out two cans of Red Bull from his backpack and tossed one to Yu Daohan.
Yu Daohan caught the Red Bull, popped the tab, and took a sip. "I heard my master mention it. During its peak, the Yanhuo Sect could stand shoulder to shoulder with the Three Great Sects."
Qiangzi popped the tab and gulped down more than half the can. He smacked his lips. "That's right. In its prime, the Yanhuo Sect could rival the Three Great Sects, even showing signs of surpassing them. What a pity."
Qiangzi sighed at this point and continued, "Although the Yanhuo Sect is no longer what it used to be, the things it left behind are still here. For example, the mountain at the foot of the Yanhuo Sect is worth a hundred million."

Although the Yanhuo Sect had disappeared from the historical stage, its past glory remained. A scenic area in Yulin, Guangxi, was the former location of the Yanhuo Sect's sect grounds.
One hundred and fifty years ago, the Yanhuo Sect experienced a devastating internal conflict that nearly wiped it out. During that conflict, almost all of the Yanhuo Sect's geniuses perished, and from then on, the Yanhuo Sect fell into decline, withdrawing from the ranks of the Four Great Sects.
It wasn't until twenty years ago that the last sect leader of the Yanhuo Sect died. With the fall of the only expert who could keep the sect in order, the Yanhuo Sect was completely at the mercy of others, and its disciples began to leave one after another.
The weak were preyed upon. Not long after the death of the Yanhuo Sect's last sect leader, people came knocking, intending to annex the Yanhuo Sect.
The remaining disciples of the Yanhuo Sect fought back, but they were no match for the powerful enemies. Just then, a man named Tai Guoshan stepped forward.

From then on, no one dared to challenge the Yanhuo Sect. However, for reasons unknown, ten years later, Tai Guoshan, carrying the Sect Leader Token, suddenly vanished from the martial world.
Everyone was bewildered, but fearing Tai Guoshan's strength, they dared not act rashly. All the sects gathered and reached a consensus: as long as Tai Guoshan was alive, no one was allowed to attack the Yanhuo Sect. If Tai Guoshan died, whoever obtained the Sect Leader Token would be given the Yanhuo Sect.
Hearing this, Yu Daohan was somewhat shocked. He knew his master was powerful, but he hadn't expected him to be this powerful. He also marveled at how the Yanhuo Sect, which could once contend with the Three Great Sects, had fallen into such a state.
"Don't the remaining disciples of the Yanhuo Sect resist?" Yu Daohan was somewhat confused.

Yu Daohan felt a bit helpless. He had been wondering why so many sects were obedient, only to realize it was a rule set by the Heavenly Master's Mansion.
Qiangzi finished his Red Bull and asked, "Master Yu, what are you going to do about the sect?"
Yu Daohan shook his head. With a sect suddenly appearing, he really didn't know what to do. "I don't know. We'll talk about it later."
A sly smile appeared on Qiangzi's face. "If all else fails, you could sell it. With Master Yu's reputation, no one would dare say anything."
Yu Daohan gulped down the Red Bull in his hand. "My master entrusted the Sect Leader Token to me. I can't let him down."
"Master Yu, you're already a rich man worth a hundred million now," Qiangzi teased.
Yu Daohan shot Qiangzi a glare. "Alright, let's hurry up and clean the room. Your life now depends on that drop of blood. You could die tomorrow."
With that, the two began to clean the room, and it wasn't until past ten in the evening that it was mostly cleaned.
Lying in bed, Qiangzi beside him was already fast asleep. Yu Daohan listened to Qiangzi's snoring and felt a bit helpless. It seemed this matter had tormented him quite a bit.
They had originally planned for one to sleep on the floor and the other in the bed, but after much back and forth, they both ended up sleeping in the bed.
Yu Daohan stared at the ceiling, lost in thought. Suddenly, having a sect caught him completely off guard.
His master had entrusted the Yanhuo Sect to him, so he must make the Yanhuo Sect flourish and restore its former glory.
