Chapter 197: She’s the Disciplinary committee president?
"Dammit!" A woman slammed her fists on the wall, cracking its surface but not punching through it. Her face contorted with anger as she stormed into the disciplinary committee room.
"H-Hey, what’s up with the president?" One of the officers asked.
"I don’t know, nor do I care. All I know is that whoever pissed off the president is gonna get a beating."
"Why are you all staring at me? Get back to work!" She shouted, stomping her way to her office. When she went inside, she slammed the door shut.
"Oh, hey, Sonya. I’ve finished organizing the papers and dates for the upcoming duels. I’ve also gotten around to getting the schedule for the festival, and it seems like we’ll actually be able to do our jobs this semester." Janna was in the office putting papers on the desk.
"That’s great." Sonya plopped onto her chair and sighed heavily. She had spent the entire first period and second period searching for the boy who had eluded her this morning, but she came up short.
The school was massive, and she didn’t know his name or what class he was in, so looking for him wasn’t as easy as it seemed.
"You okay? You don’t sound very... enthusiastic."
"That’s because I’m not!"
"Wanna talk about it?"
She sighed. "A boy showed up late today and snuck past security and the disciplinary committee. Since I was in the air looking down at the school, I managed to spot him. We were having a conversation, but then he tricked me and ran away."
"Wow! Someone eluded you? Impressive."
"Can you not complement the person who broke the rules?"
Janna held out her hands in defeat. "My bad, my bad. It’s just that you’re so good at your job that almost no one escapes your wrath. Heh, I can think of maybe one person who could do that."
"Well, I can’t." Sonya placed her legs on her desk.
"Tell me what this boy looks like. We can check the student logs to see if we find a match."
Sonya thought back to this morning. "He’s a tall, handsome man, no facial hair, and he has slightly curly hair. His skin is light tan, and he has a built body. Oh, and while his voice is nice, the way he speaks makes you want to punch him in the face."
"Pffhahahahaha! That sounds like someone I know."
"Do you know who I’m referring to?" Sonya perked up and ran to Janna’s side. She needed to know who made a fool out of her this morning.
"Haha, no, I don’t. But the latter part of what you said reminded me of one of my friends. He’s a real charmer, but when he speaks, he sometimes has that energy around him. But that’s what I love about him."
"Ughhh! I thought we had a lead."
"Sorry about that."
"It’s okay. We go to the same school, so I’m sure we’ll run into him sooner or later. In the meantime, let’s go over our schedule for the festival."
---
Kai was walking to his dorm room after the second period had ended. Lunch was over as well, and there was a bit of time before the third period started. Along the way, he was stopped by many women who wanted to know him, and he entertained them for a bit.
When he was walking in the school courtyard, he spotted two people whom he recognized. One was his roommate, and the other was a person from the club he was in.
"Aye, yo!" Kai ran up to them.
"Oh, hello, Kai. I’m glad you’re okay. I didn’t see you after the demon king’s attack, so I hoped you were okay." Tyler was speaking clearly for the first time ever, not stuttering over his words. Kai assumed that he was finally able to get a kiss from the girl he liked. Kisses boost confidence after all.
"Thanks for worrying about me. I was at home with my family, making sure they were all okay. Hey Karen. How you been?"
"I-I’ve been good. I’m glad to see you’re doing well, also." She blushed.
"Oh, you know me! I have the stamina of a god, hahahah! I could run away from any danger. So, what are you two up to?"
"Karen and I are going on a date." Tyler’s face beamed with happiness.
Karen blushed even harder than she did before, and Kai looked like a deer in headlights.
"Huhhhh?! W-What do you mean you two are going on a date?! Y-You know each other?!"
Tyler pulled Kai to the side. "Shhhhh! She’s the girl I was telling you about, the one I like." He turned back around and smiled at Karen.
Kai, on the other hand, couldn’t help be remember how he fucked Karen until she passed out, filled her with his semen while also covering her body with it, and got her pregnant.
’Fuck. Am I a terrible friend or something?’
"Ahem. K-Karen, did you meet with Mia today? Or did she contact you?"
"No, I haven’t heard from her." She shook her head.
’Dammit! So she doesn’t even know that I knocked her up. I really am a horrible friend.’ Kai looked at Tyler, then at Karen.
"Pwahahahahahahaha! Good for you, Tyler. I’m proud, so proud that I couldn’t help but laugh."
"Haha. T-Thanks, man."
Kai was actually laughing because he truly didn’t care if he was a terrible friend. Karen was his, and he was not a person who liked to share.
"Karen, Tyler, you two can remain friends because you have been in each other’s lives for a while, and changing that many years of memories will be a pain. But you two will no longer have feelings toward each other. Karen, you’re my woman, so talk to Mia to get all the information you need. As for you, Tyler..."
Just at the perfect time, Kai spotted a girl with glasses walking by, smiling as she clutched books to her chest.
"Hey, you, come here," Kai called out to the girl.
"M-Me?" She asked
"Yes."
"O-Okay." She walked over.
"Are you a commoner?"
"Y-Yes."
"Do you have a family?"
"Yes, two parents and a little brother."
"Any childhood friends that are males?"
"N-No."
"Do you currently have romantic feelings for anyone?"
"N-No. Why are you asking me these questions?"
"Great!" He hypnotized her. "You and Tyler will get to know each other, spend more time together, and eventually find out that you guys are in love. Tyler, you will be interested in her interests, and she will be interested in your interests. After you both graduate, you’ll find good work that pays well, have six kids, and live a happy life together until you die of old age."
’See, I can be a good friend.’
