Chapter 341 - 340: Camping

Chapter 341: Chapter 340: Camping

"What’s fun around here?"

"There are big mountains at the back with lots of wild game. I’ll take you hunting."

"Really? Are there any large beasts in the mountains?"

"Well, within a few kilometers, except for wild boars, there aren’t any fierce beasts."

"Can we stay overnight in the mountains?"

"You want to spend the night in the mountains?"

"Yes, I want to camp."

Han Yi smiled, "If you’re not afraid, I’ll take you. But I have no gun. If we encounter a wild boar, you’ll have to run fast."

"Huh... aren’t you on the shooting team? How can you not have a gun?"

"Can’t carry a gun during vacation."

"Oh..." Lin Wan pouted and sighed, "Then let’s not camp."

Looking at his wife’s aggrieved look, she was quite adorable.

Han Yi smiled as he lowered his head to eat, thinking of giving her a surprise tomorrow.

In the afternoon, Lin Wan didn’t go anywhere and continued knitting a sweater inside the house. She knitted and knitted, then fell asleep again.

She didn’t wake up until after five o’clock, lazily lingering in bed, not wanting to get up. Lin Wan felt she had become reliant on the radio. At home, she could knit while listening to the radio until eleven or twelve without a problem.

Maybe it was too quiet here, so she fell asleep unconsciously.

Lin Wan thought of bringing the radio next time she came.

Han Yi said he would be back late in the evening because he was attending a study class organized by Jun District. After eating lunch in the afternoon, he would study for an hour.

Lin Wan didn’t want to eat, nor get up, lying in bed knitting for a while, then couldn’t resist crawling back into bed to sleep.

When Han Yi came back in the evening, he was carrying a big backpack. Seeing Lin Wan had fallen asleep early again, he covered her with the blanket, got up, and busied himself in the kitchen for a while. When he came out, he realized that the leftover food from lunch was still there.

Han Yi then knew Lin Wan hadn’t eaten dinner.

He frowned slightly and sighed helplessly, going back to the kitchen to fry the leftover rice from lunch.

"Xiao Wan, Xiao Wan, get up and eat."

Lin Wan hummed a couple of times without opening her eyes.

"Get up and eat something, otherwise, you’ll be too hungry to sleep in the middle of the night." Han Yi said, picking her up without waiting for her to wake up.

Lin Wan then rubbed her eyes and dazed for a while.

"Why didn’t you eat tonight?" Han Yi asked as he saw she was awake, feeding her spoon by spoon.

"Too sleepy to want to eat, just want to sleep," Lin Wan said after taking a bite, still not feeling hungry.

"Did you get up too early today?"

"Maybe." Lin Wan took two more bites, shook her head, "I don’t want to eat anymore. Just water, please."

Han Yi didn’t force her, put down the food, and turned around to pour her a cup of warm water.

Lin Wan gulped down a few sips from the cup and lay back down.

Han Yi cleaned up a bit, then got into bed, cuddling Lin Wan, and felt her forehead, not detecting any fever or cold symptoms, and was reassured.

The next day, Han Yi woke her up after nine.

"Get up quickly to eat, then we’re going to the mountains."

Lin Wan was immediately energized, quickly getting up to dress.

"Wear this set." Han Yi handed over a set of women’s camouflage clothing, with a yellow-green background, scattered with dark green and black irregular patterns, and reinforced elbows, knees, and seat.

Lin Wan’s eyes lit up as she dressed and asked, "Where did this come from?"

"The logistics side found an old set. Although it’s old, there’s no damage. I got a set for you to wear whenever going to the mountains."

"Okay," Lin Wan nodded, halted halfway through dressing, then took it off. From the wardrobe, she pulled out a short sleeve, put it on, layered a shirt over it, and finally wore the set.

After breakfast, Han Yi carried a large backpack, and the two of them set off.

"Aren’t we coming back in the afternoon? Why bring such a big bag?"
