Chapter 238: Chapter 238: The Wicked First Complains
"Don’t talk nonsense, I never said that." Fiona Grantham was both shocked and angry as she listened to Joanna Ramsey.
"Right, right, you didn’t say it, I misspoke."
Joanna shrunk her neck in fear, looking scared, holding back her tears with a pitiful and aggrieved expression.
This contrast only made Fiona seem more overbearing.
"Holy crap, I recognized her, isn’t that Bella Green? Wasn’t it said that she bullied Fiona Grantham out of the crew?"
"You believe that? If she really had the ability to bully Fiona, would she be getting beaten up now?"
"Oh my god, then what was the big drama Fiona played online supposed to mean?"
"Throwing acid? Earlier this year, one of Fiona’s fans did indeed do something like that. Could it be that Fiona orchestrated it too? The entertainment industry is so messy, it’s terrifying!"
While a crowd gathered around to watch the spectacle, quite a few people took out their phones to record videos.
Fiona suddenly panicked and covered her face with her hand.
"Don’t record, I didn’t hit her, it was her, she hit me."
The more Fiona spoke, the more aggrieved she felt, so angry that tears started to fall.
Clearly, it was Bella Green who hit them, yet she shamelessly played innocent and accused others first.
Bella, who was being hugged and cried over by Joanna, suddenly looked up with a face full of innocence.
"Miss Grantham, it’s not good to distort the truth like that, why don’t you let everyone see where you got hit?"
"Exactly, your face is neat and clean, where does it look like you got hit?"
A few older onlookers, unable to stand it, expressed their dissatisfaction, especially since Joanna and Bella were young, making them even more sympathetic and pitiful.
Fiona was so angry her chest hurt, unable to speak for quite a while.
What could she say? Say Bella kicked her in the chest? So you can’t see it?
Wouldn’t that just make people laugh at her!?
Nancy Lowe stood up and staggered over to Fiona.
"I warn you two not to talk nonsense, it’s clearly you who were hitting people. I tell you, I’ll definitely sue you."
Nancy then looked at the bystanders: "Look, all the injuries on me were caused by this kid. If I hadn’t stopped it, Phoebe wouldn’t have escaped getting beaten."
Looking at Nancy’s face, the crowd seemed confused.
So, who exactly hit whom?
Joanna suddenly stood up and walked over to Nancy, her small stature only reaching Nancy’s shoulder. Even by putting her hands on her hips, tilting her head up, she still didn’t look very imposing.
"Look at you, such a big size, like a dinosaur, even if there were two more of me, could we fight you? Besides, you’ve beaten me up like this, aren’t we allowed to fight back?"
Bella twitched at the corner of her mouth, thinking that somehow... that actually made sense!
The scene became chaotic and noisy again, several times Fiona tried to explain but couldn’t utter a word in her defense.
She only felt her chest hurt more and more, almost unable to stand.
This can’t go on, Fiona glanced at Joanna, who was standing beside Nancy, noticing the zippered hoodie dress she was wearing, a vicious look flashed in her eyes.
Then, clutching her chest with a pale and pained expression, Fiona suddenly leaned forward, and of all directions, it was towards Joanna.
Always keeping a close eye on her every move, Bella’s eyes turned cold as she quickly got up, taking two steps to pull Joanna aside.
"Rip..."
The boy’s white shirt was torn, several buttons popping off, the thin summer fabric ripped open, exposing smooth, snow-white skin.
Bella was shocked, hastily covering the chest area, thinking of the crowd of onlookers still filming with their phones, her face turned pale.
Fiona, seeing that the person in front of her had changed from Joanna to Bella, a trace of joy flashed in her eyes. With her other hand, she grabbed onto her collar, tugging forcefully...
