Chapter 275: Chapter 275: Young Master Jiang Always Has Unique Taste
On the winding mountain road, rows of luxurious cars blocked the way entirely; the flashy sports cars almost dazzled Joanna Ramsey.
"Victor Bennett, is this a car show?" Joanna asked foolishly.
Victor’s face darkened, and he pinched her cheek hard, issuing a low warning.
"Why did I bring you here? Don’t speak out of line when you get out of the car, you’re embarrassing me!"
Joanna swatted his hand away, glaring at him in anger.
"You obviously tricked me into coming!"
"Hey, you shameless girl, have some decency!"
As they spoke, a man in a black leather jacket walked over, leaning his hand on the doorframe, laughing frivolously.
"I say, Victor, first you’re late, and now you’re flirting instead of getting out of the car?"
Hearing this, Victor turned his head, dismissively knocking the man’s hand away, then wiped where the car had been touched.
"None of your business. So, what’s the plan today?"
The man didn’t reply to Victor but looked at Joanna beside him, then burst into laughter.
"What, you brought such a sweet girl, aren’t you afraid she’ll get scared?"
These cheeky words made Victor’s face cloud over a bit more, and suddenly he grabbed Andrew’s collar, pulling him down forcefully, closer to himself.
"Watch your mouth," Victor said harshly.
Andrew squinted his eyes slightly, then his smile grew deeper. He patted Victor’s hand, straightened up, adjusted his collar, glanced at Joanna, then turned and left.
In that final glance, Joanna couldn’t tell if it was her imagination, but she felt a bit awkward...
Seeing Joanna’s gaze fixed on Andrew, Victor suddenly felt a wave of irritation in his chest, raising his hand to slap Joanna’s head with a bang, nearly knocking her against the windshield.
"Are you a love-struck fool? Stop embarrassing me, will you?"
Being smacked on the head so unceremoniously by Victor in front of so many people, Joanna was furious and lunged at Victor, baring her teeth and claws.
"You jerk! You hit me!!"
Seeing this, Victor quickly opened the car door and got out, avoiding her from a distance.
Joanna glared at him angrily, her fierce yet adorable demeanor endearingly sweet.
In the distance, Andrew watched their interaction and couldn’t help but laugh quietly.
"Andrew, what’s going on? Why did Victor bring someone like this sweet little girl along?"
A woman wearing a cropped top, hot pants, and dyed purple short hair leaned against the roadside railing, brow furrowed as she looked at Joanna.
"Who knows? Victor’s second young master has always had unique tastes." The man took out a cigarette, lit it, and said lightly.
At his words, the woman’s corner mouth curled up, her lips painted in dark purple lipstick, leaning closer into his embrace: "And what about you, Andrew? How unique?"
Andrew’s narrow eyes half-closed, his smile unchanged, he raised his hand to press against the woman’s shoulder, slowly pushing her away, lowering his raspy voice.
"Very unique..."
Pushed out of his arms, the woman’s face turned a bit unpleasant, but looking at his slender eyes, she didn’t dare lean closer again.
On the other side, Joanna also got out of the car, glancing at the men and women by the road, their dress and appearance entirely out of place with her.
Even many people looked at her with strange expressions.
Feeling anxious, Joanna walked to Victor’s side, tugging on his sleeve.
"Hey, why are we here? Didn’t Andrew ask you to take me home?"
Victor scratched his head guiltily.
"Uh, just friends playing games, I’ll take you back later."
Victor said, scanning the crowd until his eyes landed on a long-haired woman in a red ultra-short leather jacket and black shorts not far away, waving his hand.
"Eliza Thornwyk!"
