With those words, he waved goodbye to them and then turned to get into his car.
After the car sped away until it was out of sight, Ye Chen turned to look at Anying.

With that, the two entered the residential complex once more.

"Don't worry, sister, there are no issues. If it weren't for big brother Ye Chen rescuing me in time, I might not have been able to make it back tonight."
"Alright, no need to talk about that. Now that you're back, I can relax. I was so anxious while you were away, not knowing what progress you had made."
"Well, it's been a close call, but at least it's safe now. Have you packed your things yet?"
"Yes, all packed, ready to leave anytime."
"Now, we've stumbled upon something here, so we can't leave just yet. If things go smoothly, the earliest we might be able to leave is the day after tomorrow."
"Leave the day after tomorrow? What's the matter, there's still something undone?"
"Yes, indeed, there are some things not yet finished, so we can't leave at the moment."
"I guess I packed too quickly, then?"
