Ding Jian was terrified, on the verge of tears. "Don't kill me! It wasn't me, it was him!" he cried out.
He pointed to Wang Wei, who was squatting nearby, tending to his wounds. Wang Wei froze. Although he couldn't understand what Ding Jian was saying, he sensed something was wrong.
"The accident at the construction site, he caused it?"
"Yes, he brought two men to do it!" Ding Jian pleaded, "Don't kill me!"
Ye Tian asked, "Besides you and him, were there any others involved in this matter?"
Ding Jian replied, "No. Oh, right... it was my father and Wang Wei who sent you to prison. It had nothing to do with me; they planned it together."
Ye Tian asked coldly, "Which one is your father?"
Ding Jian then pointed to a middle-aged man with a beard. The middle-aged man was startled and quickly stood up.
Ye Tian flicked the rope in his hand. Two bodyguards rushed forward, dragging the man up into the air. Another bodyguard raised his gun and fired.
"Bang!"
The shot hit him directly between the eyebrows. The man died on the spot. The people around screamed again, falling to the ground.
The two bodyguards placed the body into a coffin.
Ye Tian flicked the rope again, and the bodyguards dragged the injured Wang Wei over.
Wang Wei approached Ye Tian. True to his reputation as an underground boss, his eyes were fierce. "Unless you kill all my brothers, they will surely avenge me!"
Ye Tian asked coldly, "Back then, was it you who led people to the construction site and caused the deaths of the Ye family members?"
Wang Wei blinked and glanced at Ding Jian. "It was him?"
He had a vivid memory of the incident and immediately recalled Ye Tian.
Ding Jian trembled, "Uncle Wang, you were the one who did it, it has nothing to do with me. It was also you and my father who framed Ye Tian and sent him to prison."
Wang Wei sneered, "You are Ye Tian? Hmph, now that I know your name, do you think you can escape after killing people today?"
"Bang!"
A bodyguard raised his hand and fired, then placed the body into the second coffin.
Next, he inquired about the men who had accompanied Wang Wei to the construction site to cause trouble. These two men, both in their early thirties, screamed repeatedly after being apprehended by the bodyguards.
However, it was useless. Each bodyguard shot them once, killing them instantly, and then they were thrown into the coffins.
Ye Tian said calmly, "I brought seven coffins, and I can't go back empty-handed. Ding Jian, tell me, who among those present has committed heinous crimes?"
Ding Jian, already petrified, pointed at his grandfather, Ding Fengtang. "It's him, this old scoundrel is extremely wicked. In the past, to seize a coal mine, he deliberately used explosives to trigger a landslide, burying thirty-nine people from ten households alive. He also tricked hundreds of people into captivity, forcing them to mine for him for free. He is a great villain."
Ye Tian flicked the rope, and the bodyguards dragged Ding Fengtang over. Ding Fengtang screamed loudly, "Don't kill me, don't kill me..."
"Bang!"
The bodyguard fired another shot, dropping the body into the fifth coffin.
"Two more," he said calmly.
Ding Jian's eyes darted around. He pointed at a man in his forties. "Him, Ding Hongyi, my third uncle. Most of my grandfather's wicked deeds were done by him!"
The bodyguards then dragged Ding Hongyi over, shot him in the head, and placed him into the sixth coffin.
Ding Jian was about to point out a third person, but Ye Tian said, "That's enough. The last coffin is for you."
Ding Jian screamed, "No! You can't kill me, you..."
"Pfft!"
Four bodyguards each took out a dagger and stabbed Ding Jian repeatedly. Blood gushed from his mouth as he struggled and begged loudly.
When he stopped moving, he was also thrown into the coffin.
Ye Tian's expression was devoid of emotion. He flicked the rope, and the four bodyguards fell to the ground, their bodies convulsing.
Ye Tian then pulled the seven coffins and strode away from the Ding family.
Ten minutes later, the police arrived at the scene and immediately began pursuing the perpetrator. Soon, they found the seven coffins. The coffins had been doused with kerosene and burned to ashes, leaving no clues behind!
