As Ye Tian boarded, two dark figures lunged at him. He waved his hand, repelling them. Upon closer inspection, they were two black-furred monkeys with sharp fangs and claws, their eyes blood-red.
"Friend, what business brings you aboard?" a gentle voice suddenly inquired. A man in his early twenties, dressed in Ming Dynasty attire, emerged from the cabin. He was refined and elegant, with a smile on his face, showing no anger at Ye Tian's intrusion.
Ye Tian replied, "My apologies. I saw several ancient ships here and was curious, so I wanted to take a look."
At that moment, a guard rushed out from behind the man, his hand on his sword hilt, and coldly said, "How dare you! Do you not kneel before His Highness!"
The man quickly interjected, "Commander Ma, what era are we in that people still have to kneel? Do not be rude."
The guard immediately lowered his head and retreated two steps.
Ye Tian, surprised, asked, "May I ask who you are?"
The man replied calmly, "Who I am is not important. You are a guest from afar, please come into the cabin and have a seat."
