As long as the Autobots didn't engage in large-scale battles, and spent their days basking in the sun and cruising mountain roads,
And then plugged into their chargers, there wouldn't be too many major issues.
They would simply lack the energy for high-intensity combat.
Lin Feng understood Optimus Prime's subtle intentions.
"Fine, let me think..." Lin Feng nodded.
Lin Feng possessed the ability to simply take it by force, but he had his own principles.
Now that Optimus Prime had made a wise decision, Lin Feng wouldn't mind helping them further down the line.
As for the inability to create new Autobots? So be it.
In a world of Transformers where the Decepticons were already dealt with, what more did they need Autobots for?

"Here, I'll give you two options, Big Bot!"
"First, all of you Autobots will accompany me to my universe!"

To be honest, after tasting the benefits of absorbing Infinity Stones, a trip to the Time Variance Authority was already on Lin Feng's itinerary.
This entity was known as the Time Variance Authority in the comics, and appeared in the Loki series.
He figured it wouldn't be unreasonable for Lin Feng to take a few from that drawer full of Infinity Stones!
He could then give one to the Transformers; after all, Infinity Stones lost much of their power in the Transformers' universe and could only be used as energy sources.
"Optimus Prime, that energy stone is incredibly powerful!"

How were Autobot parts repaired when damaged?
One was through the energy restoration from the AllSpark, and the other was welding... ah yes, human welding technology...

And Earth's electricity, while a form of energy, couldn't repair their damage.

Going to another universe meant leaving Cybertron and Earth behind.
