Chapter 567 Information About Hela

Lin Jili, Martina, and Wanda were already asleep.

The two-hundred-square-meter room boasted five bedrooms; Tony had certainly prepared generously.

"It's very late. You should rest," Lin Feng said, glancing at his watch.

Susan looked confused. "Aren't you sleeping too?"

Lin Feng chuckled. "I'm going for a walk. You sleep first, I'll be back soon."

Susan nodded without further comment. Lin Feng had his own matters to attend to, and if he didn't explain, Susan wouldn't pry.

Lin Feng stepped out of the house. Outside, only a satellite, much like Blue Star's moon, reflected the light of a star. The alien visitors had also extinguished their bonfires; they seemed to be resting. The ocean waves continued to emit a faint glow, showing no signs of dimming.

Lin Feng walked along the beach for a long distance, until he was out of sight of the house. Then, a figure silently flew down from the night sky and fell into step beside him. The figure had the same face as Lin Feng.

On the moonlit beach, only the sounds of the sea breeze and the waves could be heard. Two identical men walked in silence, an oddly unnerving sight.

"Shanhai!"

"Main body."

"Any news from Li Xieqian?"

Lin Feng had deliberately called Shanhai out. Though he was on vacation, Lin Feng had not forgotten future threats.

Shanhai paused, a hint of weariness on his face. "You're a bit impatient. I haven't been on this mission for long..."

"However, I've submitted my first report, the one I showed you last time." Although it was called a report, it merely described Shanhai's actions: arriving in the Marvel universe, finding Lin Feng and successfully going into hiding, including Lin Feng's impression and a strength estimation. The report, though appearing to be several pages long, contained no truly useful information upon closer inspection.

Lin Feng shrugged. "I don't want to be in such a hurry either."

"But I have a feeling they're planning something big soon?"

Shanhai remained silent, recalling the state of the Black Robe organization before he left. He finally concluded, "I haven't found anything unusual. Given my current position and Li Xieqian's trust, I would have noticed any anomalies."

Yet, intuition was a strange thing. "I think you should focus on Hela for now."

"Only fragments of the Cosmic Heart remain with them. Hela and her lover are clearly looking for the person who possesses the last fragment, aren't they?"

Lin Feng nodded, then chuckled. "How do you know that's her lover?"

Shanhai gave a knowing look. One main body, one clone – could their thoughts differ? It would be strange if they didn't think negatively!

Lin Feng playfully punched Shanhai. Shanhai chuckled, "Stop messing around, main body."

"Seriously, I think you should resolve the Hela situation first!"

Hela's problem wasn't earth-shattering, but it wasn't trivial either. Even without the Cosmic Heart fragments, she posed no direct threat to Lin Feng. The strangeness lay in the fact that Lin Feng, possessing nearly complete Cosmic Heart fragments, couldn't locate her. This pointed to one of two possibilities: either Hela had extremely special abilities, or she possessed an item that could conceal her whereabouts. If it were the latter, such an item would need to be imbued with at least multiversal energy.

"Also, the clones you sent out to disrupt the Black Robes' mining operations are going wild on the channels!" the clone continued. "They're quite swift. Nearly twenty universes' worth of Black Robes have been discovered. Due to that transfer item, about half have escaped. This has also attracted the attention of some leaders in the second sequence."

Recently, the most discussed topic within the second and third sequences of the Black Robes was which brother's operation base had been raided today. However, as Lin Feng's clones had altered their appearances, they couldn't find any leads. They could only speculate about when they had angered a powerful figure and were now facing retribution.

Lin Feng waved it off. "As long as the first sequence isn't alerted, it's not a big problem. Those in the second sequence are just pushovers."

"Oh, here, take this!" Lin Feng said, handing his clone the Restrainer he'd 'borrowed' from the plump lady at the Time Bureau. "You can get close to the Black Robes, and with this, it might have unexpected uses in the future."

The Projection Restrainer could suppress all abilities, including those of items, within its range. Lin Feng had studied it for a while. It couldn't affect non-Marvel system abilities, much like Lin Feng's Superman physique, which remained unaffected. However, it had a specific method of use. Through energy input and guidance, it could achieve unimaginable functions. While it couldn't completely nullify non-Marvel abilities, it could certainly disrupt them. The more energy inputted, the stronger the disruption. Energy, while simple in concept, had an astonishing variety of applications. If the plump lady from the Time Bureau had known it could be used this way, Lin Feng might have had a harder time leaving. It was clear she had wasted its potential, being completely inept at its use.

The clone accepted the Restrainer and asked, "What will you do next? So I can document it in the action report." Without Lin Feng proactively syncing their thoughts, the clone had no idea what he was thinking.

"Next, of course, I'm going to pay a visit to the Goddess of Death, Hela."

"We're halfway through our trip. After spending a few more days on another planet, we should head back. Hela has been dormant for quite some time. I believe she'll make a move soon." It had been a while since Hela went to find the owner of the last Cosmic Heart fragment. If she didn't act soon, Lin Feng would start suspecting she'd absconded and wouldn't show her face again.

Lin Feng's premonitions were usually accurate. It was time to settle things with Hela, and Lin Feng also wanted to know how much his power would increase with the complete Cosmic Heart. He even had an idea: to try and absorb or assimilate the Cosmic Heart into himself...

Lin Feng's guess was indeed correct. Hela had already reached an agreement with the owner of the last Cosmic Heart fragment. The three of them were secretly formulating various plans targeting Lin Feng.
