Chapter 47 Invasion Begins, Everyone Arrives

Black Widow's expression changed upon hearing that.

She immediately ordered the fighter pilots to return at top speed.

Lin Feng sighed and said,

"Open the hatch, I'll fly over first!"

He felt a sense of familiarity with the situation,

as if it were the last time in the DC universe that he had jumped out of a plane ahead of others!

This damn familiarity...

The fighter jet hatch opened.

Lin Feng leaped out and soared towards the helicarrier.

His speed was several times faster than the Quinjet.

In an instant, he vanished from Natasha's sight.

Meanwhile, on the helicarrier, explosions sounded one after another.

The helicarrier had also been infiltrated by Hawkeye, and its number one engine had stopped.

The helicarrier was tilting at a speed visible to the naked eye.

A group of superheroes were fighting fiercely against the invaders.

The Hulk was rampaging indiscriminately.

Thor had been betrayed by Loki, locked in a metal box, and thrown off the helicarrier.

Captain America was fighting against several controlled soldiers.

Tony Stark was acting as a hamster engine, trying to repair the engine.

When Lin Feng arrived,

The Hulk was struggling to tear apart a fighter jet.

The pilot ejected just in time, and the Hulk was blasted and fell from the sky.

Lin Feng ignored him; a fall wouldn't harm the Hulk with his physique.

He quickly flew to the engine.

He dealt with the soldiers fighting Captain America with one punch each.

Then he pulled down the control lever!

The engine speed began to slow down, and Tony seized the opportunity to fly out from below.

He escaped the predicament of being a hamster engine.

One second later, and he would have been a goner!

Iron Man, having flown back onto the helicarrier, opened his mask, revealing his face.

"Lin!"

"Where did you go?"

"Why isn't your phone turned on?"

Tony panted.

Lin Feng replied with a smile, "I was on vacation!"

"I didn't expect that after just a few days, you'd be secretly setting off fireworks in the sky without me?"

"This isn't funny at all, Lin!" Tony spread his hands.

"Cap, let me introduce you!"

"The most powerful human on Earth, Superman!"

"I'm telling you, no creature on Earth can withstand one of his punches!"

"I'm not bragging, your old man's body probably couldn't take one of his punches either."

Tony pulled Lin Feng over and introduced him to Captain America.

The introduction, however, was not very friendly.

Lin Feng nodded at Captain America, acknowledging the greeting.

"Hello, Steve Rogers!"

Captain America completely ignored Tony.

After spending a few hours together, he had a general understanding of Tony's personality.

"Hello, Captain,"

Lin Feng responded with a nod.

After a brief exchange, the three of them walked into the helicarrier.

The situation was dire.

Loki had escaped with his scepter.

Natasha had also arrived and was comforting a recovering Hawkeye.

The battle had left Nick Fury's helicarrier almost defenseless!

Seeing them return,

Fury, with a dark expression, threw a pile of blood-stained cards.

"Agent Coulson is dead."

"These were found in his jacket pocket..."

Looking at the cards, Captain America fell silent.

The cards were filled with various drawings of Captain America.

Coulson was a fan of Captain America, and he had collected these cards over a long time.

"He didn't even have time to ask for your autograph!"

At this point, Fury also noticed Lin Feng.

He nodded at Lin Feng; there was no time for a proper greeting.

Lin Feng understood Fury's intentions.

He was trying to use these cards to unite them.

To fulfill his Avengers plan.

The effect was as he expected.

After Fury's speech, Tony turned and walked away.

Fury knew Tony was swayed.

He turned to look at Lin Feng, his intention clear.

Seeing Fury's gaze, Lin Feng spread his hands, "Don't look at me, I won't join any Avengers."

"You should know my strength, and I've told you before."

"You can't protect the Tesseract, it will only bring you disaster!"

Lin Feng met Fury's gaze, showing no signs of backing down.

After a pause, Fury sighed.

"We need to unite our strength..."

"I don't need it!" Lin Feng raised an eyebrow and retorted mercilessly.

The combined might of the Avengers wouldn't be enough for him to fight; why would he need them?

"Alright..." Fury glanced at a contemplative Captain America.

"At least they need it..."

The conversation ended awkwardly. Lin Feng took Captain America to find Tony.

"I know where he is!" Lin Feng said directly.

Tony raised an eyebrow, "You know?"

Lin Feng nodded, "Loki needs energy to open the Tesseract."

"He intends to lead an alien race to invade Earth."

"And during this process, he needs fanfare, he needs a parade."

"He wants to stand at the pinnacle, his name resounding through the heavens!"

"So, where do you think he'll be?"

After speaking, Lin Feng tapped Tony's reactor in the air, reminding Tony.

Tony's expression changed; he thought of it...

With a curse, he ran off to repair his Mark armor.

After confirming the information, they made preparations.

They hijacked a Quinjet and set off for Stark Tower.

Without even informing Fury...

However, the others, except for Lin Feng, did not know that this was all within his predictions.

The group sped towards Loki's location.

Lin Feng and Tony had already arrived at Stark Tower.

Captain America and the others were still trailing behind, like slow-moving joyriders.

Their speed was too slow; even a dog would shake its head.

At this moment, Loki's spatial device was nearing completion.

He stood at the top of Stark Tower,

quietly watching Lin Feng and Tony fly towards him.

Tony and Lin Feng exchanged a glance and descended slowly in unison.

Tony landed on the disassembly platform.

With a clicking sound, Jarvis manipulated mechanical arms to help him remove his armor.

Lin Feng, on the other hand, walked into the building first,

leading Loki into the building as well.

Loki, at this moment, was full of confidence.

"Tell me, you've come to applaud my humanity!"

"Heh heh."

Lin Feng let out a cold laugh, "I'm sorry, we've come to threaten you!"

Tony turned, his face filled with a question.

"Buddy, why are you stealing my lines?"

Loki raised his scepter and pointed it at Lin Feng.

"Who are you?"

Lin Feng smirked.

"The infamous God of Mischief doesn't know who I am?"

"It seems you didn't do your homework before coming to Earth!"

With those words, Loki's expression darkened.

"You know me?"

"Loki, God of Mischief, Odin's adopted son."

"Am I right?" Lin Feng raised an eyebrow and revealed Loki's identity.

Loki's eyes flickered; he hadn't expected a human on Earth to know him.

But it didn't matter. The Tesseract would soon open a portal.

When the Chitauri legions appeared, everything would be under his control!

"Even if you know me, it won't change anything!" Loki said.

"The Chitauri are gathering, and nothing can be done now!"

As if to confirm Loki's words, a loud noise echoed from the sky.

*Bum~*

The sound was accompanied by vibrations,

and the entire Stark Tower trembled.

It was the Tesseract.

The portal device shot a massive beam of blue light into the sky.

High above, a blue vortex slowly opened!

The Chitauri invasion had officially begun!

Countless Chitauri fell from the sky.

And colossal Leviathan beasts.

Numerous citizens screamed and fled.

When had they ever seen such a sight?

It was exactly like a sci-fi movie scene of aliens invading Earth!

Screams and explosions sounded one after another.

"Cap and the others are here!"

Tony spotted the Quinjet outside; it was Captain America and the others.

His expression turned grim as he looked at Lin Feng.

"Lin! We need to act now!"
