The principal gods on the divine mountain were already seated in solemn anticipation of the new Earth Goddess's arrival.
Tyche's power encompassed the oceans, the sky, the earth, and the underworld. Even though she was not the mother of the King of the Gods, no one dared to show disrespect to this great goddess.
Zeus and Leto also rose to welcome the awakened Tyche. Tyche, surrounded by the other gods, proceeded to her own principal deity seat. To celebrate her mother's awakening, Zeus had specifically arranged a banquet.
Tyche detested meaningless social activities, a fact well-known to her two sons. However, during Tyche's slumber, several new gods had joined the divine mountain, and they undoubtedly needed to pay their respects to this principal and primordial deity.
Apollo and Artemis, now grown, were led to Tyche by their mother.
The handsome Apollo, with hair as golden as his father's, possessed a smile that brought joy. Tyche had once bestowed upon him the divine position of inspiration. The intelligent Apollo, using this, derived the powers of thought and painting, firmly establishing his seat as a principal god.
Artemis, the goddess of forests and new shoots, had been favored by the laws of nature, becoming the successor to the divine position of nature. The divine position of animals merged with the divine position of forests, successfully forming the nascent stage of the nature deity. Once the power of nature was perfected, Artemis could smoothly break through the intermediate divine power rank, becoming the first among the fourth generation of gods to achieve great divine power.
Tyche was pleased to see this. Zeus's twins had both reached the critical point of intermediate divine power. Besides the help from their elders, their own efforts were also indispensable.
The twins thanked Tyche for her assistance and, amidst Tyche's encouragement and praise, retreated to their own positions.
Several new gods were not worthy of Tyche's extensive attention; a perfunctory meeting was held, and they all withdrew.
Tyche scanned the assembly, not finding Prometheus, who was currently at the center of controversy. She softly inquired of Zeus about the whereabouts of the prophet.
"He has been spending a lot of time with Pontus lately. He should be in the sea realm right now."
The star gods in the sky could see everything happening on the earth. As their principal god, Zeus certainly knew Prometheus's movements.
Tyche then turned her gaze towards the seabed and indeed discovered the figures of Prometheus and Pontus.
Nyx and the Abyss both had territories in the underworld. Out of respect for Tyche, they would not comment on Zeus's act of expelling the Silver Humans, as these humans would fall into their hands after death to extract their remaining value. It was not a loss to transfer from one hand to another.
In this regard, only Eros, the primordial god of love, would covet the emotions of these humans. With this thought, Tyche called for Kyanos.
The god of disaster was overjoyed by his mother's awakening. In Kyanos's view, Tyche's appearance meant that the current predicament would be easily resolved, and he could resume doing what he wanted.
The servants attending Kyanos were all sons of the river gods. Seeing their master immersed in his thoughts and ignoring Tyche's call, these vigilant hunters quickly reminded the distracted god of disaster before Tyche's gaze turned dangerous.
Tyche glared at Kyanos, but ultimately saved him face in front of the other gods. She shouted in a deafening voice, "My son, who brings the unexpected to all beings, quickly take the King of the Gods' decree and expel those noisy humans!"
No one had expected Tyche's attitude to be so resolute. Several deities exchanged worried glances, fearing that Prometheus would continue to resist and ignite Tyche's wrath. As a primordial god, Tyche did not need to heed the opinions of any deity; her authority was not to be offended.
Tyche's command echoed across the land. Far away in the deep sea, Prometheus looked up abruptly. He couldn't even wait to bid farewell to Pontus before rising and rushing towards the divine mountain.
Kyanos and Zeus, the two brothers, commanded wind and rain, driving away the Silver Humans gathered at the foot of the divine mountain. The King of the Gods intermittently struck their hiding caves with lightning, causing them to flee in panic.
Prometheus could not stop them and pleaded with the King of the Gods to forgive his creations. No matter how eloquently Prometheus begged for forgiveness, the two brothers turned a deaf ear and continued to drive away these crying humans.
The prophet, helpless, had no choice but to go to the Pantheon to implore Tyche to withdraw her command.
"Prophet, the love of a father has clouded your judgment! You created them but did not teach them properly, allowing them to defile the temples of the gods, and turning a blind eye to the troubles they caused!"
Perhaps even Prometheus himself did not realize that faith had unconsciously influenced his subconscious. In the past, the wise Prometheus would have had countless ways to gain the gods' understanding, rather than standing in opposition to them without reason, as he was doing now.
Prometheus was momentarily speechless, continuously pleading with Tyche to bestow her mercy.
Tyche's stern face showed no sign of emotion. "You must understand that they cannot live under your protection forever. Look, the elders among them are over a hundred years old, yet they are not as sensible as children among the Golden Humans!"
"Your indulgence is the rope that strangles them! Prometheus, let them venture out on their own. Children always leave their parents' embrace one day."
Prometheus understood this principle, but the tie of faith prevented him from letting go. The prophet, setting aside his dignity, continued to beg Tyche to bestow her mercy upon the Silver Humans.
The gods, who originally had strong opinions about the Silver Humans, were somewhat surprised, not understanding why these frail humans could make Prometheus care so much.
Tyche knew that continuing to argue with Prometheus would be futile and did not wish to waste any more words. The goddess heavily slammed her scepter onto the ground! The earth trembled at its mistress's command. The fleeing Silver Humans were terrified, their legs went weak, and they sat on the ground, crying loudly.
The gods were struck with fear, and the Pantheon fell silent.
"Do not waste any more time. Do what you must. Teach them to understand this world, teach them how to survive, and bring them the spark of wisdom."
Tyche looked at Prometheus calmly and rose from her throne. "The laws of nature are true and cruel. In the time you have delayed, the Silver Humans have encountered danger several times."
"Until you regain your senses, I will not see you again." With that, a portal opened beneath Prometheus's feet, throwing the bewildered deity off the divine mountain.
"Gods, share your power with these humans." Tyche urged the gods to bestow noble virtues upon the newly born Silver Humans. "These ignorant beings should have been an essential part of the world's growth, but the prophet has failed in his duty. To prevent them from becoming a burden, the laws require you to enlighten their minds and teach them to revere the world!"
"Everything you do will bring you unexpected rewards."
Tyche did not mind sharing the secret of faith with the gods. As a primordial god, Tyche had already broken free from the shackles of faith. It was time to place shackles on these gods, who were not much better off than the Silver Humans!
